Jade Ocean 
is a 50 story all glass architectural landmark on the sand.  Built in 2009 and located in Sunny Isles, approximately 15 miles north of Miami Beach.  The lender has finally reduced prices to true market value and now’s the time to buy!

Icon Brickell  
was developed by billionaire Jorge Perez in the heart of downtown Miami overlooking Biscayne Bay.   Icon is comprised of 1276 condo units, 372 condo/hotel units and 148 Viceroy Hotel units.  This enormous project was completed in 2008 and 1 bedroom condos have closed as low as $239 per square foot.  The amenities include a spa, restaurant and a chic night club.   Hotel website

The Marquis
is one of the tallest towers in downtown Miami at 65 stories and offers exceptional views of the Biscayne Bay and the ocean.  This 2009 tower has 309 residential units in addition to 65 hotel rooms (not condo/hotel) and a spa that is operated by Rock Resorts.  This is my favorite downtown Miami tower.  Condos are priced from the $400’s to $6M and the lowest sale closed for $290 per square foot (1BR).

One Bal Harbour  
was completed in 2007 by WCI Communities on one of Miami’s best pieces of land next to the inlet.  The $225M project has 124 condo/hotel units and 185 residential condos.  WCI filed bankruptcy and the remaining units were sold to a bulk buyer in August 2009 for $14.7M.  This is a full service building with a valet, restaurant and spa.  Condos are priced from the $300’s to $13M.

The W Hotel  
is a full service condo/hotel with 406 units and has become the latest place to be seen in South Beach.   The $500M project was completed in 2009 and prices range from the $800’s to $8M.  The Starwood operated facility includes a world famous restaurant, lounge and spa.  Hotel website 

Setai
is an Art Deco condo/hotel landmark building that was originally built between 1936 to 1938 as the famed Dempsey Vanderbilt Hotel.  Next to the original building is a new 40-story residential condo tower.  Setai is a full service building with a spa, restaurant and beach services located next to the W Hotel.
